The Next VanArnam Journeys Are Taking Shape
Some of our most exciting journeys begin with a destination, an idea and the question: What could this become?
We are currently scouting, researching and designing a new collection of small-group adventures for 2028 and beyond. Each one will be developed with the thoughtful planning, memorable experiences and personal hosting that define VanArnam Adventures.
Explore what we’re creating below. If one of these journeys is calling to you, let us know—we would love to keep you informed as the details take shape.
Eastern Sicily — September 25–October 2, 2027
Discover eastern Sicily through the cliffside beauty of Taormina, the volcanic landscapes and vineyards of Mount Etna, and the historic streets and harbors of Ortigia. Private boating, e-biking, winery visits and exceptional regional cuisine will bring the island’s history, scenery and culture to life.
Patagonia by Camper — March 2028
Travel Chile’s legendary Carretera Austral in fully equipped Yeti 4×4 campers, following remote roads through forests, fjords, mountains and brilliant turquoise lakes. Hanging glaciers, hot springs, Cerro Castillo and the extraordinary Marble Caves will make the journey as unforgettable as the destination.
We will personally scout the complete route in March 2027, carefully selecting the best roads, hikes, overnight stops, meals and experiences before returning with our small group in March 2028.
Provence & the Luberon — June 2028
Experience the relaxed beauty of southern France through Aix-en-Provence and the hilltop villages of the Luberon. Colorful markets, beautiful vineyards, regional wines, olive oil tastings and leisurely meals will create a journey centered on scenery, culture and the Provençal art of living well.
Porsche Switzerland — Late Summer 2028
Take the wheel of a Porsche for an extraordinary driving journey through the Swiss Alps. Legendary roads such as the Furka, Grimsel, Gotthard and Bernina passes will connect dramatic mountain scenery, turquoise lakes and distinctive destinations including St. Moritz, Interlaken and Lucerne.
