Meet Agustina—Our Uco Valley Insider
We are thrilled to welcome Agustina Lolago to our Mendoza adventure.
Allison and I first met Agustina while traveling through the Uco Valley last year, and we immediately connected with her warmth, knowledge, and genuine love for this remarkable region. We are now delighted to have her join us throughout our entire journey.
Born in Buenos Aires and a resident of Mendoza for the past ten years, Agustina brings more than 20 years of experience in food and beverage, including a decade working in Mendoza’s wine and hospitality world. She lives with her husband on a small farm in the Uco Valley, surrounded by fruit trees, a vegetable garden, birds, vineyards, and the magnificent Andes.
Agustina will be with our group every day, sharing the Argentina she knows and loves. Through her, we will gain a much deeper understanding of the region’s wines, food, history, traditions, and everyday culture. She will introduce us to the stories, people, and details that most visitors never have the opportunity to experience.
Her presence will add an extraordinary personal dimension to this trip—transforming an already beautiful week in Mendoza into a richer and more authentic Argentine experience.
