Day 1: March 18, 2027 – Arrival in Mendoza Our journey begins at Mendoza Airport, where a private shuttle picks you up for a seamless transfer to the Park Hyatt Mendoza. This vibrant city, nestled at the Andes' base, is one of the world's great wine capitals, boasting a relaxed atmosphere with tree-lined streets, lush parks like Parque San Martin, and a thriving gastronomic and cultural scene—perfect for unwinding amid modern comforts and historic charm. The Park Hyatt, a prestigious five-star gem with a beautifully restored 19th-century Spanish colonial facade, offers elegant rooms with views of the Andes or city, a full-service spa featuring olive- and wine-based treatments, a heated outdoor pool, sun deck, and even a casino for added allure. Day 2: March 19, 2027 – Journey to Uco Valley & Andeluna Winery After breakfast, board our luxury Mercedes van for a scenic drive to the Uco Valley—one of the world's most important wine regions, renowned for its high-altitude vineyards (up to 5,000 feet) that produce premium Malbecs and other varietals with exceptional balance, thanks to the area's unique terroir of alluvial soils, warm days, and cool nights. Breathtaking views of the snow-capped Andes tower directly above the lush vineyards, creating an otherworldly backdrop of majestic peaks and verdant rows. Arrive at Andeluna Winery for a guided tour of their facilities, tastings of ultra-drinkable high-altitude varietals, and a gourmet multi-course lunch overlooking the vineyards with unforgettable Andes vistas. Continue to Posada Salentein, our exclusive boutique retreat in the Tunuyán department, surrounded by vineyards, gardens, and an organic orchard. Continue to Corazon del Sol for a winery tour, tastings of their distinctive varietals, and light food pairings amid the Uco's stunning landscapes. Return to Gimenez Riili for downtime. Day 5: March 22, 2027 – Alfa Crux & Antucura Arrival After breakfast, depart for Alfa Crux at Agostino Wine Group, where a tour reveals futuristic gravity-based production and tastings of limited-edition Malbecs and blends from El Cepillo vineyards, followed by lunch at their mountain bistro with Andes views and Argentine flavors. Then, arrive at Antucura, our luxurious wine hotel in Vista Flores, enveloped by vineyards and unmatched mountain panoramas— a relaxing, authentic retreat where luxury converges with nature. Day 6: March 23, 2027 – Manzano Historico Adventures After breakfast, head to the Andes foothills and the charming town of Manzano Historico, a natural reserve at the mountain base steeped in history as the resting spot for General San Martin, liberator of South America. Our group splits: One chooses a beginner-level horseback ride into the hills—arguably the prettiest horseback area in the world, with wild nature, splendid views, and gentle trails (basic horse comfort required, like mounting/dismounting). The other explores the town, including the Museo de Ciencias Naturales with its natural history exhibits, the Return to the Motherland monument honoring San Martin's legacy, and sites tied to his campaigns. Return for a leisurely afternoon, followed by dinner at our private estate house. Accommodation: Antucura
Day 7: March 24, 2027 – Zuccardi Winery & Tango Evening After breakfast, visit Zuccardi—one of South America's best wineries, inducted into the World's Best Vineyards Hall of Fame for its majestic stone design integrated into the mountain landscape. Enjoy a private tour of high-altitude vineyards with alluvial soils rich in stones and calcium, tastings of unique terroir-driven wines, and lunch at Piedra Infinita Cocina with Andes views.
